6.6 We do not currently envisage transferring your personal data to any data processor and/or data controller located in country outside of the European Economic Area (“EEA”). If we need or deem it reasonably appropriate to transfer such personal outside of the EEA in the future in order to fulfil our contractual obligations towards you or our business partners, you hereby consent to the same in consideration that we (or we procuring contractually that our business partners’) put and maintain in place sufficient security measures in order to ensure the safety and integrity of your personal data transferred. You may withdraw your consent to such transfer of your personal data outside of the EEA at any time by writing to us at the address below. However, you hereby acknowledge that this may prevent us from honouring, or inhibit our provision of, our contractual obligations to you. 7.3 You have the right under the DPA to request from us information as to what personal data we are processing about you. Such requests should be made in writing to and should be accompanied by a £10.00 fee. We will provide you with the relevant information within 40 days of receipt of the said fee.
7.4 You have other rights under the DPA in relation to our processing of your personal data.
8. Maintenance of your personal data
8.1 We are committed to the security of your personal data. All of our employees and agents with access to your personal data and/or are associated with the processing of that data are contractually obliged to respect the confidentiality of your personal data

8.3 In particular to ensure that you have peace of mind when using your credit/debit card over the internet we currently use Protx Security to procure your secure on-line payment for our subscriptions, advertising space or otherwise.
