3. Consumer information
In the event you order a Subscription from the Site then you need to be aware of the following information:
3.1 All Subscriptions are supplied and/or provided by Wagglemag;
3.2 descriptions and prices of the Subscriptions are available on the Site and viewing such information does not place any obligation whatsoever on you to place an order with Wagglemag;
3.3 payment for the Subscriptions is made either via the Site or via telephone using one of the following methods of payment: MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, Visa Debit, Visa Electron or Solo.
3.4 typically, Wagglemag will post Subscriptions for the first available issue, one (1) week following the date of Wagglemag’s written order acceptance.
3.5 please note that the right to cancel any orders under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 does not apply to the sale of magazines and/or periodicals;
3.6 you may cancel the contract in the event that Wagglemag is in breach of any of its express or implied obligations under the contract;
3.7 unless otherwise specified, the materials on this Site are directed solely at those who access this Site from the United Kingdom. Wagglemag makes no representation that any Subscription, products or services referred to in the materials on this Site are appropriate for use, or available, in other locations. Those who choose to access this Site from other locations are responsible for compliance with local laws if and to the extent local laws are applicable; and

4.1 You are permitted to print and download extracts from this Site for your own use on the following basis:
4.1.1 no documents or related graphics on this Site are modified in any way;
4.1.2 no graphics on this Site are used separately from accompanying text; and
4.1.3 Wagglemag’s copyright and trade mark notices and this permission notice appear in all copies.
